ASTANA. KAZINFORM - In January 2015 the mutual trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the countries of the Eurasian Economic Community was $1 269, 5 million which is 7.8% less than in January 2014.

According to Statistics Committee under the Ministry of National Economy, in January of the current year export decreased by 41.2% to $256.7 million and import - $1 012, 8 (increased by 7.8%). Mineral products dominate in the export structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan (53.4% of total exports to the EEC), metals and metal products (18.7%), chemical products (13.8%), products of animal and vegetable origin, finished food products (4.4%). EEC countries supply Kazakhstan with machinery and equipment (38.4% of total imports from the EEC), mineral products (21.0%), metals and metal products (10.2%), chemical products (8 5%), products of animal and vegetable origin, finished food products (8.1%).
