ASTANA. KAZINFORM Authorities of Samruk Kazyna JSC held a series of business meetings as part of the working visit to Great Britain.

Issues concerning foundation of a Kazakh-British Business Council were debated at the meeting with UK Minister of State for Trade and Investment, Lord Ian Livingston. "This initiative will let increase the flow of mutual beneficial investments and strengthen business partnership between the companies of the two countries," the minister said. In his turn, Samruk Kazyna head Shukeyev expressed readiness to develop a new format of business cooperation. "A dialogue in the format of a business council is an opportunity for both sides to tune up mutual beneficial cooperation," he resumed.

The parties also focused on attracting investments, education and innovations issues.
