Kazakhstan and Poland mull opening a direct flight

ASTANA. KAZINFORM The VI meeting of the Kazakh-Polish intergovernmental commission for economic cooperation debated today in the capital of Kazakhstan an opportunity of opening a direct flight en route Astana-Warsaw.

According to 1st Deputy Foreign Minister Rapil Zhoshybayev, the direct flight will be in great demand. "Our entrepreneurs interested in Polish business will have a chance to visit Poland. There is also a large Polish Diaspora in Kazakhstan. Besides, this route will let people fly through Kazakhstan to Southeast Asia, and from Poland to Europe and the US," he stressed.
