Kazakhstan and Greece stand for further development of bilateral cooperation

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Kazakh Ambassador Sergey Nurtayev met with newly-appointed Minister of the Interior of Greece Argiris Dinopoulos, the Kazakh Foreign Ministry's press service said.

The Kazakh diplomat congratulated the minister on his appointment. The parties debated then development of bilateral cooperation in migration flows control, exchange of experience in holding national and local elections, coordination of activities of municipal authorities, etc. The ambassador briefed on Kazakhstan 2050 Strategy, economic development rates, migration policy and the country's election system. The Interior Minister expressed readiness for further strengthening and deepening bilateral mutual benefit cooperation and noted modern Kazakhstan's socioeconomic development success. Noting the high level of Kazakh-Greek cooperation, the parties spoke for further broadening of ties.
