Kazakhstan and Finland enjoy good relations, President Tarja Halonen

ASTANA. April 8. KAZINFORM President of the Republic of Finland Tarja Halonen congratulated Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev on convincing victory in the presidential elections, the President's press service reports.

"Kazakhstan and Finland enjoy good relations. I hope we will further strengthen our cooperation. I wish you success in achieving the goals in the spirit of the Declaration adopted at the OSCE Summit in Astana," the telegram reads.
