Kazakhstan and EU may ease visa regime

BRUSSELS. KAZINFORM "Kazakhstan and the European Union agreed on possible development of an agreement on easing visa regime," President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev said after the talks with President of the European Commission José Manuel Barroso in Brussels.

"I would like to stress that our arrangement on possible elaboration of the agreement on easing visa regime between Kazakhstan and the EU simultaneously with the agreement on readmission is a great breakthrough. I hope the visa regime facilitation issue will be also solved," the President said.
