Kazakhmys Corp to vest its assets in Kazakhmys Holding

KARAGANDA. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan sets up a Kazakhmys Holding LLP, Kazakhmys Corporation's press service said.

It is planned to place assets of the large ore mining and smelting and energy companies such as Kazakhmys Corporation, Kazakhmys Smelting LLP, Kazakhmys Energy LLP and others with their units located in the Karaganda, Zhezkazgan and Balkhash region into the new company's trust soon. Vladimir Kim will head Kazakhmys Holding.
