Kazakh students celebrate Nauryz in Beijing (PHOTO)

BEIJING. KAZINFORM - Nauryz has been celebrated in the capital of China for two days: in the Central University of Nationalities, Nationalities Publishing House, China Petroleum University and a diplomatic compound called "Tayuan."

March 21 students of the Central University of Nationalities including representatives of the Kazakh Diaspora in China organized theatrical performances and a concert to mark Nauryz holiday. Nationalities Publishing House has held a festive banquet. The same day Kazakh students studying in China Petroleum University, which is located in Changping (suburb of Beijing), organized a concert, sports and festive events and banquet guests. March 22 in the park of the diplomatic compound "Tayuan" Kazakh diplomats and representatives of national companies in China celebrated Nauryz holiday. Women cooked traditional Nauryz dishes incuding Nauryz Koje, baursaks, manty and other dishes. Children played asyk and other national games. The festive atmosphere has been created by songs about Nauryz, sunny weather and unusually clear air in the capital of the Middle Kingdom (fouling factor - 21 points, whereas, for example, a few days ago it exceeded 200).
