Kazakh President makes personnel changes

ASTANA. September 21. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayev decreed dismissal of Omarkhan Oksikbayev, head of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget, and Serik Umbetov, head of the department of Presidential affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, due to a transfer to another appointment, the President's press service informs.
