Kazakh President, Chief Ashkenazi Rabbi of Israel debated deepening of global dialogue of religions

ASTANA. May 30. KAZINFORM Today within the IV Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev received Chief Ashkenazi Rabbi of Israel Rabbi Yona Metzger, the Kazakh President's press service said.

The parties discussed deepening of global dialogue of religions and cultures. The Kazakh President thanked the Chief Ashkenazi Rabbi of Israel for his active participation in the forum and commitment to ideas and initiatives debated these days in Astana. Chief Ashkenazi Rabbi of Israel Rabbi Yona Metzger, in his turn, stressed timeliness of the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions in the modern context.
