Kazakh President appoints special envoy at Baikonur

NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM The Head of State has decreed to appoint Bakhytzhan Namayev as a special envoy of the President of Kazakhstan at the Baikonur space complex, Akorda press service reports.

Born in 1964, he is a graduate of the Kirov Kazakh State University, the Satbayev National Technical University, and the Lomonosov Moscow State University (postgraduate programme).
