Kazakh PM prohibits state agencies to increase staff

ASTANA. February 28. KAZINFORM At today's Government meeting Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has forbidden the state agencies to increase their staffs.  

"It is crucial to search for internal reserves rather than to staff up," the PM stressed.
