ASTANA. KAZINFORM Oil and Gas Minister of Kazakhstan Uzakbai Karabalin doesn't rule out rise in price for combustibles and lubricants.

"As you know we started modernization of the country's refineries. Above USD 1 bln is channeled to each of the plants. The money should be paid back," Karabalin told a briefing at the Central Communications Service under the President of Kazakhstan. "The price depends on the market, if the world oil price grows correspondingly the price for motor fuels will grow too, if the oil prices drop the prices for lubricants will also drop," he added.
