Kazakh Majilismen observe elections of deputies to Majlisi Oli of Tajikistan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Today Kazak Majilis deputy Ulasbek Sadibekov as part of a group of international observers of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, is taking part in monitoring the preparation and holding of elections of deputies to the Majlisi Namoyandagon (lower house) of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, according to the press service of the Majilis.

The visit includes meetings with the director of the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Khudoiberdy Holiknazarov, as well as with the leadership of the CEC and the chambers of Tajikistan Parliament. On the election day, March 1, the group of observes will visit the Khatlon region to monitor the opening and the start of voting in the cities of Nurek, Dangar and Kulyab. Nurlan Zhazylbekov, deputy of the Majilis, is an observer of the elections a member of the mission of international observers under the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
