Kazakh Kyzy school unveiled in Astana

ASTANA. KAZINFORM The first Women's Institute Kazakh Қyzy (Kazakh girl) has opened its doors today in Astana. Kazakh Parliament deputies Byrganym Aitimova, Zagipa Baliyeva and Gulnar Iksanova attended its opening ceremony.

The institute aims to provide education, meeting the best traditions of European exclusive schools. "Kazakh Қyzy school is the first ever institution to bring up girls in the best Kazakh and European social and moral traditions," its present Karakat Zhaksylykkyzy said. Girls aged 8-17 will have an opportunity to attend about 47 various courses over a term.
