Kazakh-Iranian intergovernmental commission to convene in Astana

ASTANA. June 25. KAZINFORM "The XII sitting of theKazakh-Iranian intergovernmental commission on trade-economic, scientific- technical and cultural cooperation will convene in Astana on June 26-27," official spokesman of the Kazakh MFA Altai Abibullayev told a briefing today in Astana.

Those attending will touch upon the progress in implementing agreements achieved following the results of the XI session of the Kazakh-Iranian intergovernmental commission and outline promising and mutual beneficial avenues for bilateral cooperation.

 Transport and Communications Minister Askar  Zhumagaliyev will head Kazakhstan's side.
