Kazakh government develops a plan to implement President's instructions

ASTANA. November 5. KAZINFORM - The Action Plan to implement the President's instructions, which were given at the enlarged meeting of the Government on 11 October, consists of 70 events, said the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning Erbolat Dosaev at a Cabinet meeting.

According to him, until the end of 2013 it has been scheduled to perform 46 events, and in 2014 - 22 events. 2 more activities will take place ​​after the adoption of the Law on improvement of the budgetary legislation.

Activities include the development of four regulations: securing appointment of the first leaders of the relevant state agencies as chairmen of competitive commissions for the procurement, amending the legislation in terms of improving the procedures for appealing the outcome of procurement, amending the rules of budget execution and cash management services, reducing unnecessary budgetary procedures and approvals.
