Kazakh enterprises should participate in setting up Tengiz plant

ATYRAU. April 29. KAZINFORM Atyrau will be hosting a forum wit the participation of largest western manufacturers of petroleum equipment and reps of Kazakhstani industrial equipment manufacturing companies.

The forum will focus on establishment of joint ventures in Kazakhstan to produce equipment for the project on the future construction of the third plant on the Tengiz oilfield. The project is worth USD 20 bln. When completed the Tengiz oil recovery will raise from 24 to 36 mln tons per year.
