Kazakh Embassy to Uzbekistan congratulated WWII veterans

TASHKENT. May 9. KAZINFORM Kazakh Embassy to Uzbekistan congratulated the veterans of the World War II.

As Kazakh Ambassador Boribay Zheksembin stated addressing the gathered, the courage and valour of the veterans of the Great Patriotic War set the pattern for the growing generation. The Kazakh envoy wished the veterans good health.

According to the data, 110 Kazakh veterans, put into the field from Uzbekistan, live in the country so far.

May 9 is the Remembrance Day in Uzbekistan. The country's leadership and representatives of the diplomatic corps lay flowers today to the Eternal Fire and other monuments in Tashkent.
