Kazakh embassies in the U.S. and Russia launch Telegram-bots

NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM The Kazakh Embassies in the U.S. and Russia launched Telegram-bots called to answer the key questions concerning the work and services of the consular department, the Kazakh MFA’s press service reports.

Telegram-bot contains the general consular services information (the list of documents, processing time, etc.). It also helps monitor application processing.
