“Kazakh Eli” complex opens in Astana
Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov, Chairman of the Senate of the Kazakh Parliament Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Mayor of Astana Imangali Tasmagambetov, Deputies of the Parliament, representatives of the Kazakh Government, maslikhat of the city, People's Assembly of Kazakhstan, outstanding public figures took part in the ceremony.
Astana Mayor Imangali Tasmagambetov noted that the event represents high achievements of Kazakhstan made under the leadership of Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev within such short historic period. He said that the past of the country is connected with today and the future of our generations.
I.Tasmagambetov noted in his speech that "Kazakh Eli" complex expresses memorable dates of the Kazakh history. Noting that the event is an epochal phenomenon, the Astana Mayor said that the complex reflects four main values. They are the political stability, interethnic accord, economic progress and advanced spiritual development.
