Kazakh Ambassador to Finland, Estonia named

ASTANA. June 11. KAZINFORM Galymzhan Koishybayev was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Finland with concurrent accreditation to Estonia by the presidential decree.
