Kazakh Ambassador to China visited XUAR
Yermekbayev met with the authorities of the region to debate development of bilateral trade and economic cooperation. He also expressed an interest in broadening cooperation with the XUAR enterprises engaged in high-technology products with the prospect of technology transfer.
Yermekbayev also met with heads of the largest XUAR companies to discuss development and prospects for business cooperation in the area of alternative energy sources and industrial construction.
The same day the head of the Kazakh diplomatic mission had a meeting with the reps of the Kazakh Diaspora living in XUAR. The parties touched upon issues concerning strengthening and development of ties with compatriots, in particular, in history and cinematography. Besides, in Urumqi he met with heads of the Kazakh companies' representations.
