K. Dzhakupov and Venezuelan Ambassador discussed issues of bilateral cooperation

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Majilis Speaker Kabibulla Dzhakupov received Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Venezuela to Kazakhstan Amenhotep Zambrano Contreras, the press service of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan informs.

K. Dzhakupov congratulated the foreign diplomat on his appointment and noted that Venezuela was a promising partner for Kazakhstan in Latin America.

K. Dzhakupov told the recently held in Kazakhstan presidential elections, activity of the Majilis and the work on the Parliament on support of five institutional reforms of the Head of State.

Amenhotep Zambrano Contreras congratulated the people of Kazakhstan on the victory of Nursultan Nazarbayev at the elections.

Speaking of bilateral cooperation, the diplomat expressed the interest of Venezuela in studying the experience of Kazakhstan in different spheres including legislation. He also expressed the intention of Venezuela to develop the inter-parliamentary relations between the two countries.

Upon completion of the meeting the interlocutors expressed their hope that the joint work would help to improve the level of prosperity of the people of Kazakhstan and Venezuela.
