Jordanian musicians to perform in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. March 3. KAZINFORM "Jordanian musicians will perform a concert in Kazakhstan," rector of the Kazakh National University of Arts, violinist, People's Artist, Professor Aiman Musakhodzhayeva said.

"Our folk orchestra and the Eurasian Chamber Orchestra toured Jordan. We gave six concerts and performed at the Palace of King Hussein," the rector told on the sidelines of the international scientific and practical conference "Role of culture and arts in international cooperation". "Our musicians gave a brilliant concert," she added.

During the trip a memo was concluded between the Kazakh National University of Arts and Jordanian Music Academy, Arts University and National Music Conservatory of King Hussein Foundation. It foresees in the near future student exchange and joint concerts.
