Intellectual School of First President ensures transparent admission process

ASTANA. July 23. KAZINFORM /Kurmat Samarkhan/ The admission process for the Intellectual Physical and Mathematical School of the First President of Kazakhstan will be maximum transparent, Acting Director of the School Ravil Yakupov said at the press-conference today.

According to R. Yakupov about 700 people have been registered at present. "The students of 1-6 grades will be taught on the basis of the state-private partnership whereas 7 grade school students can qualify for the grant of the President financed by the state", - he said.

 Applications forms will be received till July 28, 2009.

 As earlier reported the purpose of the Intellectual schools is to prepare competitive managers in the country's relevant fields of science and innovation economy. The priority areas of these schools are: - world class quality education and convertibility - Individual education and development capabilities - specialized training through profound studying of Science and Math - learning Kazakh as a state language - languages trinity (Kazakh, Russian, English) - information and communication infrastructure
