Int'l Advisory Board highly appreciates Kazakh President's efforts to settle situation in Ukraine

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Kazakh Senate Speaker Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev met with the members of the International Advisory Board in Astana, the Senate press service said.

Former Austrian Chancellor Alfred Gusenbauer, former President of Poland Alexander Kwasniewski and former Prime Minister of Italy and former president of the European Commission Romano Prodi attended the meeting. Tokayev briefed on the Kazakh Parliament's structure and its work and the OSCE PA sitting held in Geneva. Touching upon the international agenda issues the parties highly appreciates the efforts of Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev aimed at settlement of situation in Ukraine.
