ASTANA. KAZINFORM The IMD World Competitiveness Center presented its IMD World Talent Report 2014 which includes a talent ranking for 60 countries, the Kazakh National Economy Ministry's press service said.

The ranking is structured according to three factors: investment and development, appeal and readiness.
