Head of State urged to enhance education quality

ASTANA. September 2. KAZINFORM Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has received Kazakh Minister of Education and Science Zhanseit Tuimebayev today, Kazinform refers to the Presidential press service.

The Minister informed the President of the current work and prospects of the development of education and science of Kazakhstan.

25 schools were built on "100 schools, 100 hospitals" program by September this year. 19 more schools will be commissioned by the end if the year. KZT 27 bln were allocated to repair of public schools this year. About 2 thousand schools were repaired. 58 new kindergartens were put into operation as well.

In accordance with the commission of the Head of the State Intellectual schools of the First President were opened in Kokshetau and Semey. One more school will be opened in Astana by the end of the year.

The Head of the State urged to enhance the quality of education. In this regard, permanent accreditation of educators will be held. "Education efficiency of our youth depends on the teaching efficiency", Z.Tuimebayev said.
