ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayev sent a condolence letter to the President of the Republic of Tunisia Beji Caid Essebsi in connection with the terrorist act in the national museum "Bardo", Kazinform refers to Akorda.

Kazakhstan's President was deeply grieved by the news about tragic deaths of the citizens of Tunisia and other countries as a result of a terrorist act. "Kazakhstan strongly condemns international terrorism and extremism that pose a significant threat to security and peace. We fully support all efforts and steps of the international community in the fight against this threat," the telegram reads. On behalf of the people of Kazakhstan and on his own behalf, Nursultan Nazarbayev expressed sincere condolences to the families and friends of the victims and the people of the Republic of Tunisia and wished a speedy recovery to all the injured in the terrorist act.
