Head of National Human Rights Center met with journalists

ASTANA. October 3. KAZINFORM At today's press conference Head of the National Human Rights Center Vyacheslav Kalyuzhny told mass media about the current work of the Human Rights Commissioner in Kazakhstan.

Kalyuzhny told about his participation in the OSCE's Annual Human Dimension Implementation Meeting in Warsaw on 24-26 September 2012. He said the meeting discussed various topics from the freedom of speech, media and national human rights institutions to the problems of migrant workers, refugees and displaced persons, as well as independence of the judicial system, prevention of torture, protection of human rights and fight against terrorism.
