GOVERNMENT FAILS TO EXECUTE PRESIDENT'S INSTRUCTIONS: Illegal checks for no reason unveiled in South Kazakhstan

SHYMKENT. November 4. KAZINFORM - At a meeting of the Government on October 11 the Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev has harshly criticized the work of the Cabinet of Ministers.

The President drew attention to the excessive control by the inspection agencies, especially law enforcement.

"I instruct the Prosecutor General's Office to lead an interagency working group and develop proposals to reduce the checks", said Nursultan Nazarbayev.

The cases of illegal checks took place in Sairam, Makhtaral and Tyulkubas districts. After the intervention of the prosecutors the above mentioned illegal inspections were suspended.

Meanwhile, the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Soth-Kazakhstan region reported that the constitutional rights of 129 entrepreneurs were protected within the current year. Seventy officers have been brought to different types of responsibility.
