Frosts to strike E Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Frosts are forecast to hit East Kazakhstan region on Wednesday and Thursday, Kazhydromet Weather Service reports. 

Air temperature will go down to 1-3 degrees Celsius at night.
