"The foreign investors expect the Government to pursue efficient and rational policy in the spheres of education and labor. To attract foreign investors the state should be concerned about creation and development to meet the needs of the age. Besides, it is crucial to develop labor resources through raising the educational status of the people and creating opportunities to top up personnel qualification," he added.
