Extra KZT 39.1 bln for the human capital development, Finance Minister

ASTANA. February 21. KAZINFORM "The republican budget for 2012 includes extra KZT 39.1 bln to ensure quantum growth of the human capital assets in Kazakhstan," Finance Minister Bolat Zhamishev told presenting the draft law "On amendments to the Law of Kazakhstan "On republican budget for 2012-2014" at the Kazakh Majilis today.  

"It is planned to forward KZT 13.1 bln for education, KZT 18.6 bln for healthcare, KZT 6.8 bln for the Nazarbayev University development, and KZT 5.2 bln for improvement of the quality of government services," he said.
