Ex-Vice Minister of Healthcare gets new job

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Alexey Tsoi has been named as the head of the Medical Center Hospital of the President's Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazinform reports.

Tsoi boasts extensive experience in the sphere of medical management as well as degrees in Medicine, Law and Business Administration.

Prior to the appointment he was the Vice Minister of Healthcare.
