Emir of Qatar congratulated Nursultan Nazarbayev on election win

ASTANA. April 6. KAZINFORM Emir of the State of Qatar Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani congratulated Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev on convincing victory in the presidential elections, the President's press service reports.

"I would like to offer you our hearty congratulations and best wishes of wellbeing and success, further prosperity and progress to your nation confirming our adherence to strengthening of bilateral relations between our countries," the telegram reads.
