EBRD to channel KZT 3,6 bln to realize urban ore utilization project in Kyzylorda rgn

ASTANA. KAZINFORM The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) plans to allocate USD 15 mln to fulfill an urban ore utilization project in the Kyzylorda region. The Kyzylorda regional akimat, Kyzylorda akimat and EBRD have signed a memo o Monday.

Governor of the region Krymbek Kusherbayev and Janet Heckman, Country Director for EBRD in Kazakhstan, attended the signing ceremony. As stated there, the project aims to improve the ecological and epidemiological environment of the city, and produce a positive effect in developing urban ore recycling management system.
