ALMATY. KAZINFORM – An earthquake was recorded 124km away from the city of Almaty at 5:02 pm Almaty time on May 16, 2022, Kazinform reports.

The 4.2 magnitude quake originated within the territory of Kazakhstan 124km southeast of Almaty city. It hit at a depth of 15km.
