Earthquake hits 879km away from Almaty

ALMATY. KAZINFORM – An earthquake was recorded 879km away from Almaty city at 4:32pm yesterday, Kazinform reports.

The 5.5 magnitude quake originated in the territory of Afghanistan 879km southwest of Almaty city. It hit at the depth of 30km.
