Diver rescued woman while training at Kapshagai

ASTANA. July 15. KAZINFORM A diver of the rescue service of the emergences department of Almaty city who was preparing for Neptun 2012 contests at the Kapshagai water reservoir rescued a woman, the press service of the Kazakh Emergencies Ministry said.
