Disturbed weather in store for Kazakhstan on Monday

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Inclement weather will rule the day in Kazakhstan on Monday. Heavy precipitation is expected across the country, especially in southern Kazakhstan. Parts of the country will see fog, icy conditions, blizzard, and stiff wind, Kazinform has learnt from Kazhydromet.

Wind with gusts up to 15-20 mps will hit Akmola, Kostanay, West Kazakhstan, Atyrau, Aktobe, Pavlodar, North Kazakhstan, Karaganda, East Kazakhstan, Turkestan, Mangistau, Kyzylorda, and Zhambyl regions. Gusts of 23-30 mps are forecast to batter Zhambyl, Almaty, Kyzylorda, Turkestan, Mangistau, Pavlodar, and Almaty regions.

Fog will blanket Akmola, Kostanay, West Kazakhstan, Atyrau, Aktobe, Pavlodar, North Kazakhstan, , Turkestan, Mangistau, Kyzylorda, Almaty, and Zhambyl regions.

Icy conditions will be observed on roads in Zhambyl, Almaty, Kyzylorda, Turkestan, Mangistau, Karaganda, East Kazakhstan, Atyrau, Aktobe, Pavlodar, Akmola, Kostanay, and West Kazakhstan regions.

Blizzard will sweep Atyrau, Aktobe, Pavlodar, North Kazakhstan, Karaganda, and East Kazakhstan regions.
