ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Office of Presidential Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan has published a book-album called "Haute Cuisine of Astana", the press service of the department informs.

This book is designed to introduce readers to haute cuisine of Astana. The book contains interesting details of the state protocol and receptions at the highest level. Everyone will be able to plunge into the behind the scenes of official receptions, look at the menu of the world's political elite, learn about extra-class chefs and neo-cuisine of Kazakhstan. In addition, in the book you can find photographs of works of culinary masters and detailed recipes of exclusive dishes. Editor of the book-album is First Deputy Administrator of the President of Kazakhstan Dabyr Inkerbayev. It is worth noting that the Office of Presidential Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan is constantly working to improve the level of service of official events. Last year, several chefs were trained in Western Europe and the Middle East. Taking into account the knowledge and skills of chefs there have been developed over 50 proprietors' meals that are included in the menu for official receptions. It is worth noting that in 2014 there were held over 110 official receptions.
