Crucial to raise higher education level up to world standards

ASTANA. February 11. KAZINFORM. /Serik Sabekov/ "We will form an efficient system of vocational education and training," Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev uttered today at the 13th congress of Nur Otan Party.

"The higher education level should conform to the world standards," the Head of State stressed.

"Due to advanced official language teaching system, the absolute majority of Kazakhstan people will speak Kazakh language. We will raise the status of a teacher. 20% of teachers will have an opportunity to pass qualification courses in Kazakhstan's higher institutions and the world higher educational centers."
