Crucial to open more children's sport schools in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM "It is crucial to open more children's and youth sport schools in Kazakhstan," head of the sport and physical education department of the Kazakh Culture and Sport Ministry Yelsiyar Kanagatov told a briefing at the Central Communications Service in Astana.

According to him, Kazakhstan's team for the first time in its history grabbed 28 gold medals at the Asian Games in Incheon. "The primary goal now is to attract highly skilled experts and specialists to train our sportsmen and raise children's interest in sport," Kanagatov said.
