Construction of EXPO-2017 attracts 9 companies of E Kazakhstan rgn (PHOTO)
Today at an international exhibition in Altai technopark in Ust-Kamenogorsk city, the national company "Astana EXPO" has signed memoranda with regional producers of building materials. General contractors of "Astana EXPO-2017" national company: LLC "ABK Kurylys-1", JSC "Sembol Insaat", LLP "SK Basis", LLP "Company DSA" and "Mabco constructions s.a.". LLP "Kazahkabel" (cables and wires), LLP "Kemont" (high and low voltage electrical equipment), LLP "East-Universal" (mineral wool), LLP "Ust-Kamenogorsk plant of polyethylene pipes", LLP "Kazakhcement", LLP "Polius" (polyethylene film), Ltd "Emery LTD" (fire-retardant composition), Ltd "Ulba-ftorKompleks" (gypsum), LLP "Egrey" (expanded clay) will supply their products for the construction of Expo facilities. The above mentioned information has been announced at today's business meeting in Ust-Kamenogorsk which was held with the participation of Deputy Governor of the region Dmitry Garikov and deputy chairman of "Astana EXPO-2017" NC Almas Dzhamanbekov. "This kind of cooperation will attract small and medium sized businesses to implement the largest national project and increase the share of Kazakhstan content in the construction of objects of the fairgrounds," said A. Dzhamanbekov at the business meeting in East Kazakhstan region. "Astana EXPO-2017" NC has already signed a memorandum with regional administrations of South Kazakhstan, Karaganda, North Kazakhstan, Pavlodar oblasts and Astana. The total amount of memoranda signed with domestic manufacturers has already hit 59.6 billion tenge, and this is not the limit. Recall that the International specialized exhibition "EXPO-2017" will be held in Astana from June 10 to September 10. It is expected that the exhibition will attract about 100 countries, at least 10 international organizations, as well as 10 leading companies in innovative technologies. In general, it is expected about 5 million visits exhibitions and more than 2 million visitors.
