Chairman of Bolashak Association addressed students in Almaty
Chairman of the Association Bauyrzhan Baibek addressed the students of the university during the lecture. He noted that the Bolashak program was established to help talented youth get qualitative education abroad and in future apply their new skills in our country. "Today the program extends its borders and offers education in the world's best universities. It is a presidential scholarship for young people of Kazakhstan and I know how prestigious it is to be a Bolashaker", B. Baibek said.
Analogous meetings are held countrywide within the framework of implementation of the state social order from September till November 2009.
One of the purposes of such meetings is explanation of the Kazakh President's Address "Through Crisis to Renovation and Development", the Government's stabilizations measures and execution of the President's tasks set at Bolashak Forum in 2008.
