CEC register Nursultan Nazarbayev as presidential candidate

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The Central Election Commission has registered Nursultan Nazarbayev as candidate for presidency in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

"According to the draft regulations, the Central Election Commission has registered Nazarbayev's candidacy for participation in the snap presidential elections 2015. He was given a certificate of the candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan," said CEC secretary Bakhyt Meldeshev. He also said that all the documents required for registration of Nursultan Nazarbayev as a candidate for participation in the presidential race were submitted to the Central Election Commission.
