Blizzard heading to N Kazakhstan

PETROPAVLOVSK. KAZINFORM - Blizzard alert has been issued in North Kazakhstan region for Sunday, Kazinform reports.

According to Kazhydromet, southwestern wind gusting up to 15-20 mps will batter the region on November 4. Gusts of wind will reach 25 mps at daytime. Fog ice slick and blizzard are forecast as well.
