Baidaly Beksheuly (1725-1820) - bi and orator. He was born in Zhalpakorda village near Aidaharly mountain in Zhanarka municipality (Karaganda region).

Baidaly Bi lived in Abylai Khan and Uali Khan their times. Abylai Khan described Baidaly: "I have eight biys whereas he is the most especial one". His winged expressions and epic utterances were published in different collections and were issued by separate books as Sulyzhadit and Unslhadit in 1927-1928 in Kazan printing-office.

His winged expressions were published in several books as "From Lip of Wise", "Expressions of Orators", "100 Kazakh Biy-Orators" and etc. Writers magzum Tiyessov and Assan Zhumadildin wrote book about Baidaly Bi.

Baidaly Bi was buried near Shilderti River, (Osakarovsk municipality), Karaganda region.

At XVII session of the regional Maslikhat in Karaganda region rural district 'Druzhba' was renamed into rural district Baidaly Bi. One of the streets in Atasu village received his name.
